If you live in one of these counties, your case belongs to this division, and this office is the natural place to handle it. If you are closer to one of our other offices, we also keep offices in Augusta and Statesboro.

The Dublin office is managed by Jennifer, who has been with the firm for more than twenty years. She runs the front desk and phones, helps with consultation paperwork and filings, looks up case information, and keeps the office and its cases coordinated. When you call, you are talking to someone in Dublin, not a call center.
Consultations, signings, and case work are handled by our attorneys, including Angela McElroy-Magruder, who has practiced bankruptcy and consumer law since the 1990s and is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification. Attorneys work across all three of our offices, so if you want to be certain an attorney is in Dublin when you come by, call first and we will set a time.

Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with evenings and weekends by appointment. You are welcome to walk in during office hours.
